After nearly 10 years of progressive pain to the point of being unable to lift a coffee cup, sleep or have much use of my left arm I sought help.  No amount of medication nor any physical therapy or massage therapy alleviated the misery. In 2024 I had the rotator cuff worked on and only made it worse through another source.

In the fall of 2025 after consultation with my PCP and doing research I cam upon Dr. Salazar. It was a blessing from God.  He was kind, caring and went in depth to determine what needed to be done.  Ultimately the only thing that could help me at this point was a full shoulder replacement.

In February 2025 I had the surgery.  The results are amazing.  I have nearly 1005 mobility of the shoulder, no pain and my arm strength is back to normal.  At the time of surgery, he cautioned that strength may not come back, but it did as did my range of motion.

After 6 months of physical therapy and rehab I was back to normal.  I can lift things, play golf, swim, play with my grandkids and all due to Dr Salazar’s ability to correctly diagnose and perform a successful surgical outcome.

I could never begin to thank him enough for giving my life back and am grateful I found him.
