Erin Gonzalez is the Arizona Group Chief Human Resource Officer and the Hospital Chief Human Resource Officer for Abrazo Central and Abrazo Scottsdale Campus. She started with Abrazo in 2012 as HR Director at Abrazo Maryvale Campus and prior to transitioning to Abrazo Central in 2017, supported Abrazo Scottsdale Campus and the Shared Services Offices.

Erin received her MA in Communication from Arizona State University and a BA in Spanish from The University of Arizona.
