Terms and Conditions

1. Fill out the entry form and include your: name, e-mail address and phone number. To enter, you must be a person, 18 years old or older, a legal resident of the United States and living in the mainland United States. Each person may enter as many times as they want. Employees, and their immediate family members, of Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center , and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.
2. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. All entries must be made between July 8, 2026, and October 24, 2026, at 12:00PM MST. We are giving away tickets throughout that time frame to multiple games. Winner will be selected in a random drawing held at 3:00PM MST on July 18, 2026, July 25,2026, August 19,2026, August 29,2026, September 12, 2026, September 19, 2026, October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026, from among all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via email or phone immediately following selection. Instructions for picking up tickets will be provided upon notification of winning the drawing. If the winner does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules, or is not present to pick up tickets, an alternate winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
3. Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center which are final and binding on all matters affecting these drawings. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and picture in any manner by Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center, and its advertising and promotion agencies without further compensation.
4. Neither Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or related companies are responsible for any damages, taxes or expenses that the winner might incur as a result of this drawing or receipt of prize. Winner accepting the prize agrees that the prize is awarded on the condition that neither Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center nor its agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or related companies has any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize.  Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center reserves the right to substitute a prize for another of equal or greater value.
5. Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or web site, or who is deemed to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing. Abrazo Health and Arizona Sports Medicine Center assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
