About Jordan Liles
Dr. Jordan Liles is a board-certified and fellowship-trained sports medicine physician offering a wide array of comprehensive musculoskeletal-based surgical and non-surgical care for patients of all ages. Upon earning his Doctor of Medicine from Loyola University's Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Liles went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery from Duke University. While at Duke, Dr. Liles had the unique opportunity to serve as the Lead Orthopedic Resident for the Duke University Volleyball, Football, Basketball and Soccer teams along with serving alongside the team physicians at North Carolina Central University. Following his tenure at Duke, Dr. Liles relocated to Vail, Colorado where he completed his Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at the prestigious Steadman Clinic, training under nationally recognized physicians and perfecting his skillset in advanced surgical procedures and comprehensive sports medicine care. While training at the Steadman Clinic, Dr. Liles also served as a physician for the US Olympic Ski and Snowboard team. In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Liles has published over twenty peer-reviewed publications and has participated in extensive research on various orthopedic and sports medicine procedures and treatments. On a clinical level, Dr. Liles has a passion for treating patients who have suffered from a variety of sports-related injuries. Along with traditional sports-medicine surgeries, Dr. Liles also specializes in shoulder/rotator cuff repairs, minimally invasive hip arthroscopy, knee ligamentous procedures and cartilage restoration and preservation. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Liles grew up in a small farming community and oftentimes saw the significant barriers to accessing quality medical providers. Because of this experience, Dr. Liles is passionate about ensuring patients feel heard and cared for each and every visit. From the very first appointment, Dr Liles demonstrated immense compassion and knowledge and explained everything in a manner that we could all understand. His expertise gave us complete confidence. I had a freak knee injury that I had seen two other doctors for and both told me it was untreatable. I could no longer lead the active lifestyle that I had known prior to the injury which occurred 3 1/2 years earlier. I was referred to your office by a friend who is also a patient. I was skeptical but scheduled an appointment as a last resort. I cannot express how grateful I am that Dr. Liles was able to fully repair my knee. This was very impactful to my life. Since my surgery I've resumed my regular 10-20 mile hikes with no pain whatsoever. I've lost weight and my overall well-being has been substantial. Thank you for everything.

I was very pleased that Dr. Liles was able to just pick up where my surgeon (Douglas Mangan) left off. When I learned that Dr. Mangan had left the practice, I was anxious that someone who didn't perform my surgery and didn't know my history would be able to continue with my post-surgery rehabilitation. Dr. Liles was very knowledgeable and even gave me his schedule of week by week exercises that he gives to his patients who have had rotator cuff repair.
