Dr Franco unknowingly agreed with everything my GP had stated the week before. Time to rerun all tests for comparison to previous. She also expressed her concerns about my recent extreme weight loss. I missed my Dr Loli (who walks on water in my opinion) but Kristen has seen me off & on for several years. She's a sweetheart. The staff even helped in providing me with an ESP (emotional support pet) letter for my leasing company. I drive over 20 miles from El Mirage for my bi-annuals. Biltmore is worth the time & gas. Customer for life here (in more than one way)!

My initial visit & minor evaluation with medical assistant was very thorough. He assisted me with addressing my medication list, BP, HR & Oxygen.Kristen did my major evaluation calmly answering my questions and making certain I was taking the correct dosage of medication & in 1 case, eliminated one. Kristen further examined me & determined I was suffering from a lung infection resulting in my shortness of breath. She recommended an Inhaler and an antibiotic. I was scheduled for an Echo in April moved up to Jan 15th, keeping my original appointment with Dr Loli for review.
