About Jake Tramutolo
Dr. Jake Tramutolo is an osteopathic physician, board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Missouri and fellowship at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic where he gained extensive sports medicine experience serving as team physician at Cleveland State University and an assistant physician with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Guardians, Kent State University football, and the University of Missouri, including the university’s wheelchair basketball team.
Dr. Tramutolo specializes in comprehensive sports medicine care including the management of acute joint pain, chronic/overuse injuries, non-operative fracture care and concussion management of all ages. His professional interests include ultrasound guided injections, regenerative medicine & platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections and advanced procedures like TENEX, Tendonova and shockwave therapy.
Dr. Tramutolo believes that you shouldn’t have to be an elite athlete to get experienced sports medicine care. His goal is to help patients achieve their goals, whether it is returning to sports, getting in shape or playing with their grandchildren.
