I have been with Nagarajan for eight or nine years. I love the attention to detail and the genuine concern for patients as a whole. I respect her work ethic and as a person. I don't know what I'd do if she ever left. Even when students shadow her she makes sure to explain to them what she is doing, and answer any questions they may have.

Just to reiterate I love my physician and her team. They listen and relay any concerns I may have to the doctor prior to the doctor entering the room. And they make certain that they've addressed my concerns before I exist the room.

I've never had a bad experience. The staff's always pleasant, they acknowledge you as soon as you enter the clinic. They are very prompt with getting you logged in. My physician's nurses are the best, so is my physician! They know who I am and they ask how have I been doing, which is important to me. You're not just treated like you don't matter. My physician listens to me and if it is outside of her scope she makes sure to get a referral sent over prior to you leaving. She makes sure my medicines have refills and I'm taking them properly. Between her and her nurses they respond promptly to any messages sent through the portal or left for them when having to call in. Will make sure they try to accommodate appointment request or reschedules. I travel just over an hour one way to see her, and I never dreamed of finding a new physician closer to home!

The doctor was very thorough with my exam and was very concerned about my health. She did a complete work up and exam. She also made sure that I was comfortable and understood the process. She allowed me to answer all her questions and ask if I had other concerns/questions for her. She was so concerned with my condition, that she had her assistant set me up with a follow up appointment for the following week. All of this made me feel like I was her top priority. This was a good visit. I had been looking for new primary care, I believe I have found what I am looking for. I was seen in a timely manner and felt that I was being treated as a patient. Dr.Nagarajan took her time and listened to my questions and has already helped me. I have seen 3 Dr.s for the same problem. I followed her suggestion, and it seems to be working. I look forward to a great relationship. I did ask her to renew a prescription for me and have yet to see it. But overall it was a good visit.

Dr. Nagarajan is the best Dr. I have ever seen!!! She makes us feel like be are the most important patient while in the room. She doesn't rush us in or out like cattle, instead she actively listens to our concerns, she gives full attention and uses her professional training to help get to the source of the concern. She doesn't just push prescriptions and give a pill for a bandaid! She is invested in each patient and cares for them the way a family member would! It feels genuine and sincere! She always proves to be trustworthy and reliable. Her professional customers service/bed-side-mannor is top rated!!If I had a friend or family member who needed medical attention I would recommend Dr Nagarajan over any physician in the State! In fact she is such an excellent Dr that if she moved her practice our family would follow her even if it meant moving out of state! She is that good and important to our medical care!

Dr.Nagarajan is so amazing that though I live far away I do not mind consulting her after driving for almost one hour. She is quick in understanding and validating my concerns and offers solution no matter what. She remembers history and connects It to the current condition I have which Is really great as I don't have to explain all the history. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. Last year I tried her appointment in Oct and she was booked for rest of the year. Hence this year I planned ahead and consulted her mid year.

I really enjoyed the session. There was a positive atmosphere. Colbi was very kind and friendly, and explained what we were doing and why for each activity she took me through. I'm shy about being touched and she put me at ease. I learned a lot and felt grateful. In planning future sessions, I was able to get exactly the days and times I wanted. My goal was to understand my sources of pain and learn safe and effective exercises to help me reduce the pain and get stronger and more flexible. We are doing that!

Dr Nagarajan is the VERY BEST Dr I have ever found in the state of AZ! She is personally interested in her patients. We are not just a number in a file! She us like we are human and cares for us as individuals. She maintains a professional relationship while addressing our concerns and explaining everything important in our treatment. She doesn't push pharmaceutical treatment that ate unnecessary just to satisfy a symptom but tryst to get to the source of the problem and treat it. Other doctors push a drug that causes a new symptom and them add more drugs to muffle that symptom until the patient is taking more pills than a full meal! I trust that when she prescribes a drug it is necessary and not just a quick way to push through a pile of client files to reach 5pm and go home. Doctor Nagarajan was very professional and very thorough. She took the time to understand my rare medical condition known as Bertolotti's Syndrome. I'm in severe pain and mental distress and so going to see a doctor that treats you with good chairside manners makes a difference. She did ask precise questions and was able to give me a shot that alleviated the pain somewhat so that I could at the very least sleep well that night. The whole team was very kind, respectful ,professional and very helpful. Doctor Nagarajan took the time to see what it was exactly that I was experiencing in terms of symptoms and compared it to her clinical findings and gave me precise medical reccommendations. She gave me a list of orthopedic surgeons that may help address my needs better. I could not have had a better experience with Doctor Nagarajan and her team. I will be referring all my family members to her as well as others that are in need of medical treatment.
