Rico is a dedicated and flexible Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 6-years-experience with cardiac patients. From working with open-heart patients requiring intervention to advanced heart failure patients requiring mechanical devices such as LVAD' s and TAH's or heart transplantation, Rico is committed to evolving healthcare through innovation and constant learning. He rounds on established and new patients in our affiliated hospitals. He performs outpatient duty for follow-up and newly established patients in our clinic. A proven advocate for his patients and his colleagues, Rico is committed to providing and practicing high quality evidence-based care to deliver safe patient outcomes.
