I had an appointment for an echocardiogram just prior to my appointment with the cardiologist Dr. Klein. The echocardiogram technician was courteous, efficient, and attentive to my needs. (I have an arthritic hip and it's difficult to lie on my side.) The technician checked with me frequently during the exam to see whether I needed to interrupt the procedure. We did well and the procedure went well for both of us. I am appreciative of her consideration. Thank you.

Prior to my appointment with the physician, I underwent an echocardiogram at the same facility. The technician who administered the echocardiogram was especially sensitive to my needs. He allowed extra time for me to find a comfortable position and encouraged me to take a break when the position became intolerable because of my spine condition. It was a little hard to breathe and the left rib area became VERY PAINFUL whea I coughed or sneezed. I sleep on my left side, and that caused pain in the left rib area. I cannot possibly say anything but the most positive things about Dr Klein. We both worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center over forty years ago when we first met. I managed the Biomedical Engineering department for over 17 years and spent a lot of my time in the cardiology areas (surgery, ICU, radiography equipment) and I knew the cardiologists. His name was always on the top of my list, When I suffered a major heart attack at the age of forty, he was the man I turned to. My heart was seriously permanently damaged and my EF has been as low 15%. His post-hospitalization plan was outstanding. It allowed me to backpack the Grand Canyon from rim to river and back in a couple of years. He has brought me through many other coronary issues and I'm still here and I my life has been far greater and longer than I ever considered thirty-six years ago.

Biltmore Cardiology is one of the best cardiology clinics in Phoenix. Dr. Klein had no hesitation on referring me to a top cardiac surgeon, Dr. Merrick Kirshner, when I had an anyorism aneurysm on my ascending aorta that suddenly started growing in September 2015. I was so greatful for seeing that respect and partnernership with others outside the clinic.
