About Cameron Davis
Dr. Cameron Davis is a board certified and fellowship trained sports medicine physician offering a wide array of comprehensive musculoskeletal based care for patients of all ages. Upon earning his Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. Davis served as the Chief Resident within the Family Medicine program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Through his position as Chief Resident, Dr. Davis had the profound opportunity to spearhead the development of the UNLV Medicine COVID rapid response team and worked in tandem with clinical faculty to dynamically change and improve the overall curriculum for the residency program. In addition to these achievements, Dr. Davis is a recipient of the UNLV Resident Impact Award which seeks to recognize students whose leadership and service advances learning, justice and social change within the community. Throughout his fellowship training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Dr. Davis had the opportunity to work under the direction of renowned sports medicine physicians within large athletic organizations such as the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Monsters, Kent State University and Oberlin College to name a few. On a clinical level, Dr. Davis has a passion for nutrition, exercise regimens, injury prevention and working with athletes who are highly motivated and in tune with their bodies, biomechanics and injuries. Because of the nature of the injuries in which he treats, Dr. Davis utilizes a variety of modalities to treat patients including but not limited to ultrasound guided diagnostic and therapeutic injections, biologic injections including platelet-rich-plasma (PRP) and stem cells, concussion treatment and non-surgical fracture care. Outside of his clinical practice, Dr. Davis is very active and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, camping and biking. In addition to a brief stint as a professional soccer player in the United Soccer League, Dr. Davis spends much of his time alongside his fiancé and dog, travelling the world and indulging in new cuisines at each travel destination. Dr. Cameron Davis and his staff were very helpful. He offered a handshake and a smile very first thing which put me at ease. He took time to look at my MRI taken in October last year. He made several positive suggestions without surgery! He withdrew much fluid from a bursa sac on my left elbow and inserted cortisone in that very same area. I have felt some relief from this procedure this week. Next week he will try PRP into the tendon areas(?) and hopefully this will give me some relief. Great positive Doctor!

He was very thorough and explained what he felt could be going on and the necessity to have an MRI to make certain nothing was hiding in the x-ray. I think I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes, and that included the x-rays. I did not feel rushed - the process was just handled very efficiently.

Dr. Davis was wonderful. I have a trigger thumb which he injected before about 18 months ago. He suggested we try it again since it's been so long. He showed me on the scan the ball of tendons that was causing the problem and he had me feel it also. He is so kind and gentle when he injected and even though it hurt my thumb, which I knew it would and he also said it would, I would still come back to using him again and again. Your practice is very lucky to have him included.

Dr Davis knows his stuff! I was so glad to find him for an injury that occurred a couple years ago. After being to two Ortho doctors who could not/would not do anything, Dr Davis immediately diagnosed the injury properly and I was on my way to healing. This visit I saw Dr Davis because II injured my foot hiking and he immediately figured out what was going on and wrote up an order for physical therapy. I am on my way to healing for this injury.
