About Christina Khoury
Dr. Khoury is board certified Orthopedic surgeon who specializes in total joint replacement surgery. This includes primary and revision hip replacement, as well as primary and revision knee replacement surgeries. Her area of specialty includes minimally invasive partial and full knee replacement and total hip replacement surgery, performed with robotic assistance. My wife passed away last September, but the last years of her life were made so much richer and more enjoyable thanks to travel allowed by her Dr. Khoury knee replacement success. Many within two blocks of my home have had hips or knees replaced by her, and she is generally worshipped by our community. It's my turn, and I have a newly troublesome arthritic knee that needs to see me through my next 30 years, and an October trip to Asia. I arrived early as requested. Completed the questionnaire, and within a few minutes I was taken in for imaging. When the Imaging was completed, I only waited a few minutes, then I was brought in to see Dr. Khoury. We spent around 15 minutes discussing my issue and never rushed. It has been a year since my surgery and I had many ups and downs--both physical and emotional--but I was able to navigate because of Dr. Khoury's genuine care and concern about my well-being as a person and a patient. She told me not to become discouraged, and to stay focused on building up my strength and ability as I learned to navigate using my "new" knee. She told me that it was a year-long process...and she was right. I stuck with my PT, my exercises, and did my best to maintain a positive outlook--even when I was in pain. And, here I am a year later with a knee that is truly functional. I am glad I had the surgery and I am truly appreciative.
