Great experience: the front desk staff was friendly and professional, the nurse (at least, I believe it was a nurse?) who took my vitals and performed the EKG was equally professional and personal, and Dr. Kline continued the pattern--he had an easy, professional manner, answered all my questions and even prompted some questions I didn't know I had. I saw Hector Vasquez not the person listed on the survey Lawerance Adam Kline DO. I was 27 minutes late for my appointment due to car accident I was a passenger of. I called at 11:10am to Let them know and He was still willing to see me. I didn't mind waiting since I was late and Hector really made my day with his understanding, empathy and positive attitude. I love dealing with him because he really takes the time to explain things of the what's why's and reasons not just "everything looks good so no worries see you in 1 yr or 6months like Dr.Jamal does. He really put my heart and mind at ease and discusses options and reasons in addition to ordering the cta to rule out plaque/blockage in arteries due to my recent high chol. Labs on 4/4/26. If all the dr's and all clinicians would do this it would be an excellent experience for the patient feeling heard easing concerns and getting explainations.

Dr Kline was my cardiologist at HonorHealth sadly he left. My PCV told me a couple weeks ago that she knew where he was and referred me. I don't mind driving 45 minutes to see Dr Kline as he is the best. He is concerned, very positive, he listens and I left in the best mood and extremely happy I have Dr Kline back as my cardiologist!!!
