The registration process begins with text and email reminders to complete forms prior to the appointment. With details entered, confirmed and medical documents scanned at home and submitted via the on-line registration forms, the process in-office goes smoothly and quickly.

The medical assistant, Dulce, was polite and kind. She asked questions, listened patiently and was pleasant. She performed a weight check, and took my blood pressure via machine and manually. She was friendly while still being very professional.

Not my Primary Provider per se. Initially was referred to above mentioned Provider for a medical concern ( High BP). To date, Provider has amended med adjustment to address medical concern in a good way. Outstanding overall in all ways.

It was a great experience. The lady working at the front desk Angel, was very helpful with getting necessary paperwork printed out for me for Dr. Kemper to sign. Once I met Dr. Kemper, she was very professional and a good listener. She was straight to the point.
