At no point did I feel rushed or dismissed; instead, she took the time to carefully consider everything I had to say.Having Henry in the room was wonderful as well. His presence helped ease the anxiety that often comes with health concerns and medical appointments. A dog has a unique way of creating a sense of comfort and calm, which made the entire experience much more positive and reassuring.

I was pleased that she was so thorough, but knew exactly what to prescribe (and it is working), even though we discussed other Rx I had many years ago. So informative. Dr Maxwell was kindhearted and very tentative, she listened to my problems and came up with a great solution. I was having some back pain and saw a specialist, Dr Maxwell actually changed the pain medication I had been prescribed for my back to a nerve and pain blocker which helped me out a lot more than the back doctors prescribed medication. I feel like she's a great doctor and really knows what she's doing. Kudos to her!

Dawn Maxwell FNP-C was extraordinarily engaging, professional yet compassionate in her prompt assessments of my signs & symptoms which is high praise for her outstanding listening skills. Even the decor selected for the office & examination room I was seated exemplifies Dawn's peaceful enthusiasm to achieve ethical success in caring for her patients. Dawn personifies what just doesn't appear to exist in professional health care today & that is about as close to perfection as I've ever experienced. BTW, I'm a retired Captain/Paramedic from a very busy place so before these words of praise were shared they were held in comparison to literally countless Physicians, Nurses & medical staff members in many dozens of hospitals throughout my entire career.

She made sure I understood communication through the portal. I came in wearing a mask and she asked if I'd like her to wear one too which I said I didn't care either way, but to make me feel more comfortable she put one on also anyway. Also I noticed that there might have been a small issue with my medication refill when it was called in to the pharmacy, but it was taken care of without me having to do anything on my side and filled without any issues. I also received a follow up phone call for my blood work. She was very professional the whole visit and with follow up. It was actually a pleasant visit for a doctor's office.

This was the best doctor visit I've had to date. Dr Dawn Maxwell, where do I begin. She was the best Dr I've ever had. I've had a lot of bad experiences while being an Air Force wife therefore I stopped getting check ups. It's been 20 yrs since I had a pap, or have been to the dr. I wish all dr's gave their patients the same level of care, love and concern that Dawn gave me. I walked out thinking " where has she been all my life" I told my friends and family about my experience and that I'm so happy to have found her. My kids were so happy that I found a great dr and said, " that's great mom, now we feel better knowing you'll never wait this long again to go to the dr" Please share this with Dawn because she deserves to know how special she is, and that she changed my opinion about dr's...as well as my fear and feeling like I'm just a number in a meat market.

everything went great. dr. duke has been my primary since i was 8 years old. ive always felt comfortable going into his practice, his staff are great.
