The male PC-A, I believe his title was, was so pleasant, kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable about his profession and he was totally true to his words when he prepped me for my first time knee injections. He said it would be painless, and he did a very fantastic job!! I really felt NO PAIN!

Rob was outstanding. This was the initial 2 week post-op appointment. He went over what was done in the agin including an explanation of why it meant. Covered what to expect going forward - PT, sleeping, things To Do/Don't Do, etc. I had several questions - he addressed all of them listening carefully and ever rushing mew. He's definitely 5 Stars.

James-PA is amazing! He explained everything and guided me through using understandable terms, pictures, and even diagrams. I feel super confident with him as part of my surgical team. Dr. Bert is absolutely the best orthopedic surgeon I've ever had. He is thorough and very detailed on what the surgery plan was as well as the recovery process. (I've had 13 surgeries on my right knee and hip total, so I've had surgical experiences before.) I'm a complicated case but I'm confident in my procedure that was done. Dr. Bert and PA James are a dynamic team. I would enthusiastically recommend them.
