The second question is not applicable. I was impressed with the short time I waited in the registration area and the time before I was seen. Once I was seen, the degree of health issues covered by the PA. This was the first time seeing Dr. Muzaffar following my procedure; I was comfortable and felt confident in her overall demeanor and assessment of my medical issues.

I was really scared but she talked through every detail very professionally. She went thoroughly explained what was going to happen once she transferred me to ED and any risks that may come. She described different scenarios as well from the Cath. Lastly I was so emotional, that when I asked her to speak to a family member for me and explain things, she did very professionally

Doctor Muffazar did a fantastic job at diffusing and dealing with my husband getting upset. She was great and got him to laugh, in fact I ended up laughing also
