Santiago pa, was there to examine and guide me through important therapy to increase total knee replacement movement by showing me recommended exercises to perform at home and as often as possible. Santiago called me after surgery to check up on me and asked how I was feeling and if I needed anything. After I finally got to meet Santiago with post op visit he again asked if I needed anything and that he was available if I needed to talk to him. Nice to know I have total support like this if needed. Kudos to Santiago, he is a great asset to your company.

I arrived early for my appointment, was immediately checked in and within minutes was called back to the exam room. Perhaps there had been a cancellation, I do not know, but I was taken back almost immediately upon my arrival.
