I would like to thank Dr. Pramhus and his staff for being very friendly and efficient. I was able to arrive and been seen by his MA very quickly. The MA went over my medical history and took my vitals fairly quickly yet thorough. Dr. Pramhus came in and introduced himself. He listened to my concerns and we established a plan for how to address them. He did his examination and concluded that the plan should have the desired outcome. He spent time speaking to me and putting my concerns to rest. I never felt as though I was in a rush or an imposition to either him or his team. I have always enjoyed my visits to this doctors office! The staff that work there are absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. They even remember their patients and have conversations with you about how you, and your family (if applicable) are doing and you can tell they genuinely care!! Dr. Prahmus is like that as well and has been since my first visit! He always asks how my kids are doing (asks about them by name) and will spend time with you to explain everything in a way that you can understand! Unless it is unavoidable, I will never take my kids, husband, or myself to another doctor!

I like doctors who use real vocabulary and don't talk down to me. I have a complicated health profile. I've had previous doctors tell me to bring only one or two symptoms per visit, but with multiple major health problems the intersect, it helps to have a doctor who understands autoimmune and communicates clearly and precisely. Dr Prahmus is wonderful at not minimizing my concerns and makes me feel heard. His notes are thorough and his responses to my patient portal messages are timely and often do not require further inquiry. He uses open and relaxed body language and great eye contact. He also remembers his previous experiences with me so I don't feel like a new patient every time I come in. He has built a relationship with me that will keep me coming back for follow up care for as long as he's there.

I was blown away with how quickly the doctor entered the exam room. He was sincere, knowledgeable, attentive, hilarious, made me feel at ease, asked questions without making me feel awkward. I am not a person who normally goes to a Doctor and originally when I went, Dr, Pramhus said that he was concerned about hearing a heart murmur but, reassured me that he would refer me to a heart specialist that he trusted completely. I actually went and found out there was no murmur but I was actually quite happy that he had checked me and felt I needed to go in the 1st place, I am a chicken and was surprised that I actually went and actually the main reason I went was because Dr Prahmus made me feel that everything would be ok and that the Dr he referred me to would take care of everything and there was no need to be afraid...He truly made me feel safe about whatever would happen and that is a BIG deal to me.
