Dr. Mackenzie was extremely caring and took time to examine my injuries, take additional imaging, and diagnose my broken leg as well as determine the extent of my severe ankle injury. He explained that a follow-up MRI would be needed, exactly why in non-medical terminology, and follow-up actions that will be needed based on the MRI results. I would highly recommend Dr. Mackenzie as well as this practice to my friend and family for care.

All of the staff from the Front Desk, x-ray technician, PAs and doctors that helped me on Wednesday went above and beyond to care for me and get me properly diagnosed and taken care of the same day due to an undiagnosed broken leg when I had only been referred to the office for a severely injured ankle by Urgent Care. I greatly appreciate everyone's help and concern to get me the care needed in a timely manner.

I had an unexpected/undiagnosed by Urgent Care broken leg discovered during my ankle injury appointment in the morning. The staff and doctors were able to fit me in same day under 'emergency' circumstances which was greatly appreciated. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and courteous to get me properly diagnosed and treated as soon as possible.

He actually listened, was conservative in the treatment plan, and was friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that he actually listened to my description of my pain, rather than just relying on X-rays, made me emotional. Such a relief to have someone treat me as an Intelligent human being meant the world.
