Ray and I had an appointment for Thursday, but Ray , my husband, was having chest pains and couldn't hardly walk. We called Abraso Biltmore they told us to come in Wednesday. At the appointment, they checked his vitals, PA said he was fine. Next morning, I rushed him to mayo Hospital, they administered eight units of blood .

This experience impressed me: It was 2 a.m. And the nurse noticed the I.V. Had come out. She didn't call anybody--went right to work cleaning the entire area, talking with me and explaining that when these situations occurred, the nurse who corrected had to initial her work.In my 5 days, I never experienced a 'misstep' that I was aware of. The Oriental night nurses were extremely gentle and caring.:)

Danielle is very attentive and eady to talk to. Talks to me at a level I like. I have a great understanding of the medical field and want to hear the reasons and thoughts of treatment, not just be told cuz it is good for you the doctor said so. PA Sturm is exceptional. Very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. She not only discusses current test results, she discusses expected progress and potential future treatments and procedures based upon results and progress. Her frank answers to questions and concerns provides the patient with honest potential outcomes as treatment progresses, permitting the patient to have reasonable expectations as well as incentive to achieve the best possible outcome. Her personality and infectious laugh make the very best of every situation whether at the office or hospital. Danielle is very much appreciated by this patient and his family.
