She is able to give Dr. Bierman a summary of the reason the patient is being seen that day which is helpful for everyone!! They are a very professional team!

Dr Robert Bierman has since 2004 shown a high degree of intelligence and competence. He listens to all medical concerns, observes manifestations, instantly goes online to research supportive information to Supplement his medical opinions. He refers me over the years and this week to appropriate specialists when necessary and gives a printout if the name and identity of the medical providers he feels can assist. Dr Bierman is most patient with multiple medical questions. He will listen to realistic information when specific Rx is requested but also clearly State why he feels a specific should not be used by me and the medical reason for his decision. I was the 6th caller on the line. I like the phone system providing the wait information. The information on the queue was frequent and helpful. The staff member who took my call helped me so much by finding a provider (Dr. Bierman) who could see me on the day I called because of the health issues I was experiencing. The staff in the registration area are among the best (friendly, efficient) I have encountered at medical offices.

I had an excellent experience seeing Dr. Bierman. He provided me with more information about my chronic condition than any physician I have seen. He listened carefully to the immediate concerns that brought me to seek care that day. Made suggestions for me to consider regarding one medication. He confirmed I was medically stable and he reviewed my prior medical information. He also provided me with test results that were in my record but I could not for some unknown reason access through the patient portal. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bierman.

I went for a wellness visit. I have more than 20 plus significant medical issues, many other physicians involved in my care and multiple medications.
