I absolutely love Dr Calderon! I had actually left the clinic for about a year since it is so far from my home and went to a doctor closer and immediately regretted it. I have never received as high a degree of care as I do with Dr Calderon. She listens even when it's not necessarily about me. At my visit I was dealing with a personal family medical issue and she took time to discuss the issue with me and just showed she cares. She is 100% with driving the 1+Hours for my visit each way. Not only does she remember me but she remembers my wife who is also a patient, as well as various things we've discussed in the past. We are definitely not just a number to her!

It's hard navigating the healthcare system when you have both a complicated medical history/diagnoses and an anxiety disorder resulting in a lot of doctors being quick to write your concerns off as hypochondria when your nervousness is palpable at an appointment, but Angela has always been able to parse my legitimate concerns through my nervous expressiveness and help me get the answers and treatment I needed (including diagnosis and surgery for a condition that was dismissed by multiple doctors for almost a decade). You're very lucky to have her on staff. I hope you give her raises to match the boon she brings to your clinical group's reputation.

i love the televisit option! it's so convenient- and i have a high risk child that I don't want to take to a dr office even prior to the pandemic! This option allows me to still care for myself and not take unnecessary risks for him. i have used teledoc prior to being able to do televisits with Angela, they were convenient but i wanted my care provider who knows me to asses my medical needs. i have not had any issues with televisits with Angela and i have had several during this past year. the check in process is smooth and the office assistants have been very helpful!

The office staff who call prior to the virtual visit are always very kind! Their calls are timely and if there is a delay in the scheduling they call to let me know, just as if i were in the waiting area of the office. They explained how the process worked and what to expect the first couple of virtual visits that i did. I really prefer being able to see Angela during my visit and not just have to talk to her on the phone.

It's been even better during the pandemic since i not only work full time and am a single parent- but i also am a full time remote learning teacher to my child! I've consistently been impressed with how proactive and quick to respond both Angela and Pedro have been as tests have been ordered, results sent back and referrals issued. I try to be an "educated consumer" when it comes to healthcare services so I can be a bit of a nuisance for care providers when it comes to having follow-up questions as soon as anything changes and coming in with my own ideas about what I'd like looked into, but they handled that all in a way that made me feel like I'm in good hands, a priceless assurance when it comes to your health. Each step of the way, they made sure I knew what to expect and when - providing accurate estimates for turnaround times, documentation that's thorough and promptly uploaded to the patient portal, and when Angela sat down with me, she made sure my results were clearly explained with care and consideration in a way that addressed all of my questions and ensured I had a full understanding of the situation, while also feeling seen as a human being who was rightfully uneasy in the face of a medical issue, not just as a diagnosis to be rushed through a time slot. I could not recommend her and her team more enthusiastically to be sure.

the young man who took me in was very gracious and helpful. The dr. was professional, gracious, seemed really concerned about my problem looked at my issue from two years ago, had me give a sample urine to be sent out and gave me a medicine that had bad effects and was going to try another medicine when the results had just come from lab and was able to have me take the medicine that was suggested for what I needed and this worked. Two years ago I ended up in the hospital for two to three days and was told that had I waited any longer I could have died!!! The infection had gone to my blood.

I really loved the PA. she was professional and understanding of my frustration being sick. I have had a string of shitty doctors before going to Dr. Nagarajan on Bell. I needed an immediate appointment and this location was available and open. I didn't have high hopes seeing a new PA, but my experience made me fee comfortable and relieved. I am really glad that I found the Abrazo medical community. I hope you treat your employees good, because they are golden and must be valued.
