I understand doctors can get backed up with their appointments, so I did not mind the wait. In fact, knowing I was one of the last appointments of the day, I expected delay. Once I met with Dr. Jaffe I was not rushed despite being the last appointment, which I greatly appreciated.

Dr. Jaffe is an excellent doctor. However, he did convey a great deal of information to me at my last appointment, at which time I was still (and I am still) recovering from lower back surgery (decompression L2-L5), and I had and still have a significant amount of discomfort, which makes concentration somewhat difficult. Dr. Jaffe was aware of my situation, and I believe he did his best to convey everything clearly, so I cannot find fault with him on this in any way.

Nevertheless, my personal physician directed me Biltmore Cardiology when questions about my heart health arose. She knew of my relationship with the other provider and as a former long time member of the medical team at that provider, she respected that other provider but told me that she would recommend Biltmore and Dr. Byrne.I am confident she steered In the right direction.
