Dr. Daniel Fang is a board-certified and bariatric trained surgeon with over 25 years of experience. He is an accomplished general surgeon with exceptional technical skills and cutting-edge knowledge that includes the latest advancements in bariatric surgery. He has extensive laparoscoptic surgery experience specializing in the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, duodenal switch, vertical sleeve gastrectomy, revision surgery and endoscopic procedures. Dr Fang has successfully performed over 13,000 operations.

I was initially terrified of having this elective surgery. I even contemplated leaving while I was in the hospital room as I changed into the hospital gown. It crossed my mind a second time that it was not too late to leave and I contemplated getting up while I was in the operating room talking to the anesthesiologist. But EVERYONE was so kind! There tone's were so soothing. All of the hospital personal from Dr. Fang, NP Emlie and all the nurses were ALL amazing. There were two absolutely amazing medical personal the Anesthesiologist one particular female nurse who I told that I needed to pray and she held my hand and prayed with me in the operating room. Those 2 were absolutely perfect in that circumstance. They were ALL professional they exuded tenderness and so much care. They made me feel I was in caring good hands and I was safe. Not that I enjoy surgery but I would go through it all over again with that same team.

The charge nurse was especially kind to me. She massaged my shoulder that was hurting when I got out of surgery. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name. Very friendly and professional. All the nurses that I came into contact with, from start to end of my stay were very kind and personable.
