Crystal Allison is a Physician Assistant with extensive experience in sports medicine and trauma medicine. She specializes in joint injections, interpreting diagnostic tests, pre and post-operative care and assisting in the operating room. She also is trained in wound care, splinting, fracture care and casting. She received her Physician Assistant Masters at George Washington University in Washington DC and has worked as a physician assistant in NYC, New York as well as in Arizona.
Crystal enjoys working with patients and helping them return to the activities they love. She is compassionate and strives to help both the patient and family understand diagnoses and treatment plans. She is married to the love of her life and has 3 beautiful children who keep her very active. You can find Crystal running, hiking, traveling, going to dance recitals and sports activities in her free time.

Initial appointment was for a cortisone shot. Crystal began a conversation with me as to the length of time it would be effective and the potential for "diminishing returns" in the future. She spent a lot of explaining alternatives giving me plenty of information to make the decision to have replacement surgery sooner rather than later. I really appreciated the extra time she spent.
