PMB is a healthcare real estate developer with a mission to improve healthcare delivery, effect change, and positively impact communities with 100 percent focus on healthcare real estate.

The 46,000-square-foot facility delivers Goodyear’s first integrated space for medical offices and inpatient rehabilitation, expanding access to specialized care within the community and positioned alongside the Abrazo West Campus and surrounding services.

“PMB is grateful to be named a finalist for the HREI awards, which recognize the strong partnerships and collective commitment behind this extremely unique project,” said Jake Dinnen, Partner and EVP of Development at PMB.

The new building, slated to open in the first quarter of 2026, will provide advanced healthcare including inpatient rehabilitation services, internal medicine, and cardiology.

“As we continue to expand Abrazo Health’s footprint in the West Valley, this project represents a major step forward in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care closer to where people live,” said Lawrence D’Amico, Chief Strategy Officer, Abrazo Health Arizona.

D’Amico added, “Through our strong partnership with PMB, we’ve developed a facility that strategically integrates inpatient rehabilitation services with outpatient care under one roof—enhancing access, improving care transitions, and meeting the community’s growing needs in a modern and integrated setting”

The 24 inpatient rehabilitation beds will provide a broad range of rehabilitation services and care to patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, trauma and more.
