At Abrazo Health, heart care is rooted in the belief that prevention, education, and partnerships are essential to maintaining a healthy heart at any age.

The ‘Be a Champion for Your Heart’ campaign highlights how small choices can make big differences—such as eating a nutritious breakfast, staying active, or managing stress—each can make a meaningful impact on heart health over time.

“At Abrazo, we know heart care is a team effort,” said Dr. William Jaffe, cardiologist with Biltmore Cardiology. “Our goal is to partner with patients by providing expert guidance, encouragement, and personalized care—helping them make informed choices that support a stronger, healthier heart.”

Right now, Abrazo Health is offering free educational resources focused on practical, everyday strategies to support cardiovascular health.
