Nathan Grimaldi, DO

Nate was raised in Pittsburg, Kansas where he attended St. Mary’s-Colgan High School and then went on to attend Pittsburg State University for undergraduate studies. While attending Pittsburg State, he competed in baseball as well as shadowed many physicians in the local hospital system where he first found his passion for Emergency Medicine. After receiving his degree from PSU in 2018, he went on to attend Kansas City University at the Joplin, MO campus. During Nate’s time as a visiting medical student at Abrazo, he appreciated the welcoming family that the residents and faculty had fostered, as well as the passion for teaching and learning they possess. There is no group he would rather be joining for these crucial years in his medical training. Nate and his wife, Alex, are excited to be living outside of the Midwest for the first time in their lives and experience all what Arizona has to offer for them and their two dogs. He looks forward to spending his free time with his wife on the golf course or at baseball games, and maybe on a hike or two in between.
