Natasha Brocks is a highly accomplished GME coordinator with over 19 years in GME and a local and national speaker. She completed her undergrad at the University of Arizona and is finishing her master's at the University of Phoenix. Natasha completed her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Healthcare Project Manager, and her Certification of Training Administrators in Graduate Medical Education. She currently serves as the Chair of the Emergency Medicine Association of Residency Coordinators (EMARC). She holds vital positions on the Council of Residency Directors (CORD) Board of Directors, CORD bylaw committee, and National Society of Academic Medical Administrators (NSAMA) Board of Directors. Natasha was awarded the Emergency Medicine Coordinator of the Year award for 2024.

Passionate about fostering professional growth among her peers, Natasha dedicates herself to mentoring other GME coordinators, helping them set goals and focus on their career development. She has founded a newsletter, "GMEAdmin Insights," on LinkedIn, aimed at inspiring and informing everyone in GME to learn and grow continuously.
