Patient Rights

At Abrazo Scottsdale Campus, written notice of patient’s rights is provided to each patient, or when appropriate, the patient’s representative (as allowed under state law) and/or support person. These rights will be provided and explained in a language or manner that the patient (or the patient’s representative/support person) can understand.

Access to Care 

Individuals are accorded impartial access to treatment or accommodations within the facility’s capability and mission, and in compliance with all legal entities and regulations. Care is rendered regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture, language, physical or mental disability, socioeconomic status, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity or expression.
