10 Ways to Prevent Skin Cancer
Stay indoors or in the shade, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. | Wear clothes that will cover your arms and legs when going outside. | Wear a hat that will cover your face and neck. | Wear UV-blocking sunglasses to protect your eyes and the skin around them. | Wear sunscreen with both UVA and UVB protection and an SPF of at least 15.
