Clinical Interests: Full-spectrum Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine
I was born in Wisconsin but grew up in San Diego, California. My parents are Syrian immigrants, and we used to spend our summers in Syria. I witnessed firsthand the healthcare disparities between first- and third-world countries, as well as between refugee and non-refugee communities in the United States; I was thus driven to become a primary care physician for my people and other underserved communities, so that I may try to bridge this gap in medicine. I am very excited to learn and provide full-spectrum family medicine at Abrazo Central, whose priority is truly every patient.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, cooking, swimming, and seeing the world with my husband.
