I chose the path of medicine after working for several years as a visual effects artist in Los Angeles. During this formative time, I enjoyed doing detailed work with my hands but found myself missing close interactions with people and the human biology I had studied with great fascination in college. After a year or two of wondering, I made the decision to attend medical school in the Las Vegas area and have not looked back. I love working with patients of all ages in a variety of settings but have found myself especially drawn to urgent care, performing delicate procedures, and meeting with patients that are struggling with mental health issues. Following residency, I see myself pursuing a fellowship in Addiction Medicine and working as a Family Medicine physician, which is why I am thrilled to be part of the team of residents doing full-spectrum work here at Abrazo.

I was raised in both Orange County, CA and Portland, OR, and one of my great passions is exploring the outdoors through road trips and backpacking. I also enjoy running (slowly), playing acoustic guitar, video editing, making fresh pasta, and seeing improv comedy with my girlfriend. I look forward to seeing you in the clinic!
