Hello! I began my education at Utah Valley University earning a degree in Exercise Science. While there I focused on diet, performance, and research into modern exercise and dietary protocols. Immediately following my undergraduate education I worked as an exercise physiologist. Through this experience I was able to work with everyone from terminally-ill cancer patients to professional level athletes by developing customized nutrition and exercise protocols to improve quality of life, personal health, and sports performance. Eventually, I decided to further my education by attending the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and I am excited to further that journey at Abrazo.

I believe that healthy food, great experiences, and good healthcare are key elements to a long, happy, and fulfilling life. As a primary care physician my goal is to provide quality care to each of my patients by encouraging healthy choices and helping them overcome any medical challenges.

Outside of medicine I enjoy going to the gym, trying out new restaurants and recipes, and spending as much time in nature as possible. I always have a next hike, backpacking trip, workout, or adventure in the works. I am a diehard Utah Jazz fan but also love my Diamondbacks, Cardinals, and Suns. Thank you so much for taking the time to read about me. Stay happy and healthy!
