Hey everyone, I’m Hitham. I’m half Egyptian, half Moroccan. I was born in Virginia, but don’t ask me what it was like because I couldn’t tell you. We moved to Arizona when I was one year old, and I’ve lived here ever since. (Not including my first year of high school, which I spent in Egypt). I did my undergrad at Arizona State University in downtown Phoenix, where I got my BS in medical studies. I then moved to the very distant lands of Glendale, Arizona for medical school at the Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. As you can imagine, I’m very excited that I get to stay in my hometown for residency.

Outside of medicine I love hiking, biking, skateboarding, and playing volleyball. I also like to spend my time making art. When I was in college, I ran a weekly comic strip that had a pretty-substantial readership. I still dabble in making comics when I have the time, and I also make 2D animations in the style of the old Disney movies.
