Didactics

  • 5 ½ hours of weekly interactive conference including class-specific case based instruction, interactive didactics, labs, case discussions, M&M, Grand Rounds, and resident presentations
  • Monthly Journal Club
  • Medical student teaching & conferences
  • Bimonthly Sim Day
  • Additional educational experiences monthly

EMS

  • Longitudinal EMS experience with ride alongs throughout training
  • EMS rotation dedicated to learning online control procedures
  • Become FEMA Disaster Management Certified

Ultrasound Program

  • Longitudinal Ultrasound experience with dedicated shifts while on EM rotations
  • Dedicated Ultrasound blocks in PGY 1 & 3
  • Intensive Ultrasound Boot Camp during orientation

Research Program

  • Longitudinal Research Program
  • Requirement to publish or present research findings
  • Dedicated faculty support to get your project finished

Wellness
