Samer Ibrahim, MD

Dr. Samer Ibrahim grew up in Chicago but has called Phoenix home for over 12 years. He completed his residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital and has practiced as a Hospitalist/Internist for 9 years.

Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles and medical directorship titles. He has championed a variety of quality improvement projects as well as policy creation/implementation of action plans which led to AZ Heart Hospital being the first hospital in the Western United States to receive the American College of Cardiology accreditation for treatment of chest pain, cardiac catheterization, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation.

His passions including traveling the world with his wife and nailing that ever-elusive optimal grilling temperature for steaks.
