Future visits will be more telling, but it was made clear that the portal is the main tool for communication unless there is an issue, in which case someone will call me. I had a great experience. Staff were very polite and made the experience enjoyable. The environment was clean and inviting with nice music. Irina is very kind and knowledgeable and made my 1st appointment great.

I forget the nurse who took my blood for testing but best experience giving blood ever! What personality she had and loved the riddles she had up to distract you from giving blood.

Doctor Lakshmi delivered world class customer service throughout my visit with her. She actively listened and took the time to really understand and try to help me. I know time is precious in all jobs but even more so for doctors. It meant a lot to me that she made feel like a person not just another appointment. I thanked at the time but please thank her from the highest levels of your leadership team.
