Dr Tim Ruder was recommended to me by a friend, I was not disappointed Dr. Rider introduced himself and began making notes. He engaged me in the conversation stopping in his note taking to make eye contact with me and ask questions. He addressed all my concerns. He discussed current health concerns recommending specialist who would be part of my health care team. I came to the appoinment Ill. I was not Ill when the appointment was make weeks ago. He was proactive In his assessment of my Illness recommending a chest X-ray and a COVID test. He also prescribed a 5 day regiment of antibiotics.

#3: Did not realize total time spent, but there was only the approx 10 min wait for the Dr. to enter the exam room. MA was instantly at the door when Dr. left room who then escorted me to the front desk. Scheduling for next appt was immediate service by front desk.

I feel that patient services have improved making my last visit more pleasant than previous visits. First point of contact at the reception window was much improved and the doctor even took time out of his schedule to call me personally a day later to discuss test results. Dr Ryder could not locate a copy of a previous endoscopy that I gave to Dr Ghattas about 6 years ago. I will attempt to contact the provider of that exam to obtain another copy of that report. All in all I have been very pleased with all of the medical care I have received by this office.
