Karthik Raghavan, MD

Dr. Karthik Raghavan joined Abrazo Medical Group in August 2015. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Raghavan is Board-Certified in general surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Having pursued his initial surgical training in Chennai, India, he completed his residency training at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, NY. He held a faculty position at Staten Island University Hospital and academic teaching positions with State University of New York and American University of the Caribbean as Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery. His special interests include advanced minimally invasive surgery, acute care surgery, general surgery, endoscopy with emphasis on minimally invasive colorectal surgery and surgical endoscopy. Dr. Raghavan and his staff strive to provide individualized quality centric surgical care to the community, with a special focus on patient education and partnership towards better outcomes.
