The standard of care is excellent within the office culture. This particular experience was very "work like" in that it was "no nonsense." In the past, the greetings have been a bit "warmer," but it was busy and it's understood. Everyone I experienced was professional, courteous, and focused on providing top notch healthcare. I really enjoy seeing Dr. Ghattas. He always listens to my concerns, allows me to try non-medication approaches first as long as it is feasible. I usually don't resort to asking for medication but, at this visit, he listened to my concerns about rapid weight gain and was willing to refer me to a weight loss specialist to try medication. I have always appreciated his "preventative" approach as the first option.

I came to this practice due to my husband's recommendation. I am always recommending Dr. Ghattas to people who ask me who I see as my primary care doctor. He makes me feel comfortable at each visit. I also like how the lab work is done prior to the appointment so that I can discuss the test results with the doctor face to face, vs a phone call letting me know the results.

My mom 87 YOA has been accommodated and treated very fairly by Dr Gattis as she awaits a hip replacement. He has cut through the red tape he and his staff (Britanny and Colleen) to help with cardiologist and endocrinologist experts to get her cleared for surgery. All on short notice. I am very confident in his advocating for my mom and dad. Note answer to #3 was due to attempting to schedule online using zocdoc from the abrazo site. I received 100% satisfaction when speaking with the person who helped me confirm my schedule, and ordering the blood work prior to my visit.
