White wine vinegar2 tablespoons
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Dried rosemary2 teaspoons
Garlic clove, minced1
Flank steak½ pound
Salt1/8 teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper to taste

  1. Directions
  2. Mix together vinegar, oil, rosemary, and garlic. Combine marinade mixture and steak in a large zippered bag, toss to coat, and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight.
  3. Prepare broiler.
  4. Season steak with salt and pepper and place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Place on center oven rack and broil 6 minutes on each side, or until desired degree of doneness. Slice and serve.
