As a 5th generation Arizonan I have a keen sense of community and tradition of the southwest. I have cultivated a love for the diversity of people in Arizona as well as a great appreciation for the outdoors. I graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology. I have travelled extensively and lived in Brazil and am fluent in Portuguese. I graduated from medical school at Touro University in Henderson, Nevada. Las Vegas is a great place to visit and go to school but you really wouldn’t want to live there.
Away from medicine I enjoy travel, scuba diving, hiking, and just about any sport involving water or a ball.
I chose Phoenix Baptist because of the scope of care that is taught and also because I want to continue to be involved in the community here in Phoenix.
In the future I see myself working in a community based clinic and being involved in medical missions. I am sure the training that I receive at Phoenix Baptist will allow me to do this.
