The Abrazo Institute provides a broad range of learning opportunities.

  • For Career Advancement, we provide courses designed to further your career goals. These not only include courses for certification, but also courses that assist you in completely changing your career path.
  • For increasing Satisfaction scores in our organization, we provide training via regular Webinars.
  • Our strategic partnerships with the area’s learning institutions have enabled us to offer a wide variety of career choices.
  • The Gift of Learning work/loan program is available. This is a workforce development initiative provided by Abrazo Health Care. The program is designed to reward and recognize high performing individuals who are focused on completing a program of study for a critical skill shortage area.
  • Tuition Reimbursement is also available to defray the costs of going to school.
