Welcome to the Physician Portal information page. From this page you can log into Physician Portal, access images in PACS, find helpful training documents and learn how to access Physician Portal or PACS from your office or home computer.

Technical requirements for viewing Physician Portal outside the hospital:

1) System requirements for your PC - Click on the link below to view the system requirements for accessing Portal.   System requirements for Portal (PDF)

***Use only Internet Explorer 7 or 6 to logon to Physician Portal.  PACS is not compatible with IE8.  Portal is NOT supported on Mac computers or Windows 7. Mozilla Firefox & Google Chrome are not supported for viewing medical records in Portal.***

2) A compatible version of Java is required to allow the medical record viewer to open in Portal.  Java 1.4.2 is the preferred version. If Portal requires an additional version, when opening the viewers it will prompt you to install.  Always select a Custom install, and DO NOT select a default browser.  The links below will walk you through how to download appropriate versions of Java. Versions higher than Java 5_13 are currently NOT compatible and frequently result in a blank screen.

3) Disable Pop up blockers: In order to view medical records and deficiencies, pop up blockers need to be disabled. Below is a link to walk you through how to disable pop up blockers.

ATTENTION PROVIDERS:

Please select the "log-off" button and/or "close the door" icons to exit Portal, Medical Records and the Secure Application Manager for remote connectivity. This helps the security and performance of our system.

Watch for the analyst rounding the hospital or in the Provider’s Lounge to take advantage of training opportunities.
