What is RSS?
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication,” a format for distributing and gathering Web content such as news headlines, blogs, audio and video. Using an RSS feeder you can automatically receive and browse the latest news from various sources without having to constantly visit those site to see what’s new.
How Do I Access RSS Feeds?
To view RSS news feeds, you must first download and install a software called an "RSS reader", "feed reader", or “aggregator” on your computer or you can access RSS feeds through free Web-based RSS readers including Google Reader, My Yahoo and MSN. If you choose to install a software there are a number of news readers available to download, such as FeedReader (Windows), BottomFeeder (Windows/OS X/Linux), or Newsgator (Web-based).
Once you have set up your RSS reader, you can subscribe to the Abrazo Health RSS Feed by:

2. Copying the URL below and pasting it into your RSS reader.
