Abrazo Health Care is proud to offer Healthy Hours to the communities we serve. Healthy Hours is a comprehensive program of health screenings and lectures on topics such as heart care, diabetes, orthopedic, women’s health, labor and delivery. Join Us for StrokeCheck 2012!
Abrazo Health Care has teamed up with the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association for StrokeCheck 2012. Receive a simple, no-cost evaluation of your stroke risk. Screening includes: vital signs, review family history and risk factor assessment, stroke education and materials, bruit check (abnormal sound in carotid artery) if indicated. Healthy Meals To Go
No time to cook a healthy meal for you and your family? No problem! Meals To Go offers delicious, nutritious pre-made meals. Choose from an array of menu options from classic comfort food like Pot Roast and Roasted Turkey to Chop Suey or even spicy Fajitas! These delicious meals are created with guidance and nutritional evaluation from our hospital dietitians and consist of lean meat, low sodium, low fat, low calorie and low carbohydrate. Meals are ideal for people living with diabetes and/or heart-related issues, or for those who just want to eat a well-balanced meal. All meals are just $6.00 (includes tax).
Meals To Go can be picked up at all six Abrazo Health Care hospitals: Arizona Heart Hospital, Arrowhead Hospital, Maryvale Hospital, Paradise Valley Hospital, Phoenix Baptist Hospital and West Valley Hospital. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance. Meals may be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
