These meals are ideal for people living with diabetes and/or heart-related issues, or for those who just want to eat a well-balanced meal. All meals are $7.00 (includes tax).

Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke 2012 Silver Plus Award

Phoenix Baptist Hospital receives American Heart Association / American Stroke Association's Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Silver Plus quality achievement award for two consecutive years. The award recognizes Phoenix Baptist for its commitment and success in delivering a higher standard of stroke care by ensuring that patients receive treatment according to nationally accepted standards and recommendations for improving outcomes of stroke patients. Phoenix Baptist Hospital achieved at least 12 consecutive months of 85 percent or higher compliance in each of the seven Get With The Guidelines-Stroke Achievement Measures.

If you have been diagnosed with diabetes or pre-diabetes, this workshop is for you. You will learn about managing your diabetes, using a glucose monitor and insulin injection, healthy eating and diet, medications, disease complications, exercise and much more.
