Craig McCoy
Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer (Interim)
Craig McCoy is the Chief Operating Officer at Paradise Valley Hospital. His responsibilities include oversight of Cardiopulmonary Medicine, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Dietary, Environmental Services, Facility Services, Laboratory, Quality Management, Radiology, Rehab Services (PT, OT, and Speech), Service Excellence, Wound Care/Hyperbaric Medicine, and Volunteer Services. Additionally he has responsibility for Labor Management and Service Line Committees.
Craig holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina in 2001.

Denise Chamberlain
Chief Financial Officer
Denise is the Chief Financial Officer at Paradise Valley Hospital. Her responsibilities include oversight of all financial operations of the hospital. Prior to this position, Denise was the Vice President of Finance for Parkland Memorial Hospital, a tertiary care facility in Dallas, Texas. Denise has over 20 years of healthcare finance experience including hospital facilities ranging in size from 20 to 1,000 beds, in both for-profit and not for profit settings.
Denise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Originally from Indiana, she relocated to Phoenix after 20 years in Dallas, Texas.

Dee Emon, RN, MSN, NE-BC
Chief Nursing Officer 
Dee is the Chief Nursing Officer at Paradise Valley Hospital. Her responsibilities include oversight of all clinical operations at the hospital. Prior to this position, Emon consulted for the Tenet healthcare system focusing on quality and productivity improvements for the entire system. Dee has also been employed by Ministry Healthcare, Aspirus Hospital, and Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin.
She has held leadership positions including CNO, Vice President of Patient Care Services, and Director of Nursing. Her responsibilities have included over sight of clinical and ancillary hospital / clinic operations. Dee also has a strong clinical nursing background in various specialties including Pediatrics and Oncology.
Dee is credentialed through the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center as a Board Certified Nurse Executive. She holds memberships in various professional organizations and has held adjunct nursing faculty positions at Northland College in Michigan’s upper peninsula.
Dee’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
